Who can use it
FundFetch is intended for use by:
- AFSL holders
- Authorised representatives of an AFSL holder
- Paraplanning and operations staff of either of the above
By using the platform you confirm you fall into one of those categories or are otherwise using it in a professional capacity for which the disclosure-document lookup is appropriate.
The service
FundFetch is a document-index service. It identifies, indexes, and links to Product Disclosure Statements and Target Market Determinations published by Australian financial product issuers. FundFetch does not host or re-publish those documents, every link resolves to the issuer's own source.
Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials, for any activity that occurs under your account, and for keeping your contact details current.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service in breach of any applicable law.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, scrape at volumes that degrade the platform, or interfere with other users.
- Resell or sub-license access without our written permission.
- Use the service to circumvent an issuer's own terms or copyright in their documents.
Intellectual property
The FundFetch platform, the interface, the index, the workflow tooling, the MCP server, and the brand, is the property of FundFetch and its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for the purposes set out in these terms.
Third-party documents
PDS and TMD documents linked from FundFetch are the property of the relevant issuer. FundFetch makes no claim of ownership over those documents. The issuer's own terms apply to your use of their PDFs.
No financial advice
FundFetch does not provide financial product advice, personal advice, or product recommendations. The platform is a document lookup. Decisions you make for clients on the basis of those documents are yours, under your AFSL.
The promise.We'll keep the index accurate. The boundary. The recommendation is your call, not ours.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FundFetch's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for use of the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for a free account, is zero). Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached or where continued use poses a risk to the platform or its users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. The courts of Australia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under them.
